    Investigator Portal (The Investigator Portal was previously referred to as the Incidents & Reports Portal, or IRP.)
    Respond and Dispatch (which replace Alerts)

After December 28, 2018 the ShotSpotter Alerts Console will no longer be supported due in part to the underlying technology (Silverlight from Microsoft) that is reaching end of life. Therefore, it is important for all customers to transition to ShotSpotter Respond and Dispatch. Please uninstall the Flex Alert Console once your team has been trained on Respond and Dispatch, and the Apps have been installed on your computers. Do not uninstall Silverlight.

Use the links in the sections below to install the ShotSpotter Flex browser application icons on your desktop. If you have trouble installing or logging in, please visit the Need Help? section at the bottom of this page.
 

About Respond and Dispatch

Provides real-time alerts for dispatch and patrol officers. Dispatcher and Call-Taker roles are optimized for workstation use; mobile profiles provide MDT-optimized touchscreen-ready user interface for officers in the field.
Note: Respond and Dispatch Apps work with Chrome and Firefox or can be accessed through a Microsoft desktop application. Additional information and links for mobile devices can be found here.

Investigator Portal

Historical incident details, gunfire audio, reporting, and powerful search/query tool for all your ShotSpotter data. Reports can be printed or exported to .CSV format for analysis in external tools.
